Due to the hygienic nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL. No refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of purchase to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific timeframe will be disqualified.The product must be returned in the original packaging condition (resell-able) condition as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, worn, colored, cut or altered in any way. Original ties must remain in tact as customer received it.
